Privacy and cookie notice
Last updated 30 July 2026. This notice explains how Lirix handles the details you give us on this page, and the choices you have under the EU and UK GDPR and under US state privacy laws.
What we collect
When you request an invitation we collect your name, work email, and company and role. We also keep the time of your request and the version of this notice you agreed to, as a record of consent.
Why we use it
To confirm your seat, send the address details, and manage the guest list for this event. Under GDPR our basis is your consent, and performance of the invitation you asked for.
Marketing email
We only send invitations to future Lirix events if you tick the optional marketing box. That box is never pre-ticked, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal address, as US anti-spam rules require.
Cookies and similar storage
Strictly necessary storage keeps the page working and remembers your privacy choice. Analytics and marketing storage only run if you allow them. In the EU, UK and Switzerland nothing optional runs before you opt in. In the US you can opt out at any time, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals automatically.
Sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money. If you allow marketing storage, sharing data with advertising partners may count as a sale or share under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Virginia privacy laws. Choosing Reject all, or switching marketing off, opts you out.
How long we keep it
Registration details are kept for up to 24 months after the event, then deleted. Consent records are kept for as long as needed to show we handled your choice correctly.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to withdraw consent, and you can appeal a decision we make. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already happened. EU and UK residents may also complain to their supervisory authority.
Contact
Write to privacy@lirix.co and we will respond within the timeframes set by the law that applies to you, normally 30 days in the EU and 45 days in the United States.
Change your choices
You can reopen the privacy panel at any time, including to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
